Dear Latina Chamber Members and Community Leaders,
My name is
Elizabeth Salamanca, I have recently accepted the Executive Director
position for The Latina Chamber. I am excited to work with such a
prestigious and innovative board, I know I will be able to aid the
chamber in fulfilling its vision and goals for the upcoming year.
My goal as Executive Director is to enhance and seek membership,
sponsors, additional sources funding and community support. And of
course, I will be one of The Latina Chamber's strongest advocates! My
initial goal is enhance membership and community contacts while
providing impeccable customer service to our organization and members.
The learning and growth I receive as part of this team will enable me
to truly enhance our organization. My vision for The Latina
Chamber is to retain current members and recruit new members from the
Denver-Metro Area. I plan to be creative in my tactics of recruitment
and reliable as both a contact and as a representative. As I share my goals for our organization. I would also like to share a little bit about myself. I am a graduate of Colorado State University
with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Human Sciences. I majored in Human
Development and Family Studies with a minor in Chicano Studies. My
passion is social justice, gender equality and empowerment in the
Latino community. Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to
